The absence of aesthetics in ibis hotels is always a challenge, but for an overnight stay in transit, the accommodation meets all the necessary requirements: the room is clean, the bed really comfy, the shower great and the breakfast generous and fresh. What annoyed me was being told after booking that the parking space was limited and subject to a charge (€16). In the end there was no free space in the hotel parking and we parked in the Chevêne parking garage, a 5-minute walk from the hotel: Recommended - ibis covers the cost of parking during the night. Hotel location: approx. 10 min. walk to the old town.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean & the breakfast was adequate. It's close to the train / bus station and the city center / lake is reachable within a 5-15 minute walk.

The facilities were great and comfortable. I liked the well-lit bedroom, the bathroom and the garage with the lift close by and the trolley for the bags. The staff was nice, the hotel is central and close to Annecy centre. The breakfast was also very good and varied.

For the price you pay, this is a great and more affordable option to stay in Annecy. It’s a 15 min walk to the lake which we liked as it’s a lovely walk. Bed was comfy, loved the blackout blinds and free breakfast was amazing to be included in room price. Overall, can’t complain about my stay, it ticked all boxes for us. Staff were also very kind, we left our luggage there all day and it felt very secure.

Room was a bit small but having twin beds made that more noticeable. Bathroom and shower good. We were right by the lift on the top floor but hardly heard any noise despite hotel being pretty full. Breakfast very good too. Slightly out of town centre but we really enjoyed the walk along the river, about 15 mins to lake. So all round would stay again.

The hotel offers a tasty and satisfying breakfast. The location is about 15-minute walk along the canal to the old city. 24/7 availability of still and sparkling water in the lobby

Excellent breakfast with the bonus of free tea and coffee at all times. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The underground parking (if a little tight!) was very useful as parking in Annecy is difficult.

Had a stunning view of the mountains from my balcony and breakfast was good. The location is also ideal because it is a 10 minute walk to Old Town Annecy. It also took me 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Annecy Central bus station where I caught a Flixbus back to Geneva Switzerland.

Very clean, excellent firm bed and very helpful staff. Lovely town with great restaurants, just a fifteen minutes walk. The hotel is great for one or two nights, and a great breakfast, I would definitely stay there again

Nice hotel, close to Central Station. This hotel located in a quiet area, 20 min by foot to the lake promenade, 10 to old town. Clean, room has a balcony , very good breakfast, stuff was nice and friendly. Nice view from the balcony. High quality tea/coffee all day
