Room was a bit small but having twin beds made that more noticeable. Bathroom and shower good. We were right by the lift on the top floor but hardly heard any noise despite hotel being pretty full. Breakfast very good too. Slightly out of town centre but we really enjoyed the walk along the river, about 15 mins to lake. So all round would stay again.

Had a stunning view of the mountains from my balcony and breakfast was good. The location is also ideal because it is a 10 minute walk to Old Town Annecy. It also took me 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Annecy Central bus station where I caught a Flixbus back to Geneva Switzerland.

Receptionist very friendly on arrival and helpful. Breakfast very good and lots of choice. Near to bus station.

The room was fairly large, clean.and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was substantial and you can make hot drinks at any time in the breakfast area. The hotel is a leisurely 10 min walk from the train and bus stations. You can walk along the river into town.

Breakfast was good, varied and very healthy. Wifi was excellent everywhere. it was nice having coffee or tea available all day long. The staff was very helpful, answering questions, recommending restaurants, calling a Taxi, and very available. My room on the seventh and top floor was too warm and a comforter on the bed was also too warm since the AC had a hard time cooling during the heat wave. The hotel location was within an easy walk anywhere you want to go. pharmacy nearby and a boulangerie for snacks.

Great hotel, meets all expectations, good location - about 10 minutes walk from Annecy city center and very close to shopping areas. The hotel staff are very nice and welcoming. Rich and varied breakfast (some vegetables could have been served), fresh products and the staff constantly makes sure that everything is full and in order. warmly recommended!!

Really helpful and friendly lady on reception. Very good location, near the centre. Comfy bed. The breakfast was FABULOUS. Late checkout was very handy.

Excellent breakfast. Room adequate for a short stay if a little bare. Decent position to reach the old town on foot, approximately 15 minutes walk. Relatively easy parking in front of the Hotel (free) if not, secured, reachable on foot in 5 minutes and reimbursed by hotel.

lovely hotel with great facilities. 24hr access to tea and coffee. bath in room as well as shower. friendly and helpful staff. quiet location. great breakfast.
